With our full social plan we handle the entire management of your social media accounts, including video content creation.

    Our process operates on a monthly cycle, starting a month before your content goes live. From brainstorming and trend-spotting to scripting, recording, and post-production, we've got it covered. Whether you record yourself with our guidance or opt for our professional video crew or full social, we ensure a seamless journey.
  • Can you handle last-minute requests, and how quickly can you deliver?
    Absolutely! We pride ourselves on our agility. Depending on the request, we can have it ready within 1 or 2 days to 1 week.
  • Can I add extra videos to my plan if the need comes?
    Certainly! Let's say you've maxed out your plan but have an upcoming product launch or event. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll add the project, delivering it promptly within 1 or 2 days to 1 week depending on the project. This is an extra to your plan.
  • Could you transform my lengthy videos into shorter ones?

    We schedule a monthly 1-hour meeting and offer email support for quick queries and updates for remote video plans and full video plans. If you have a full social plan we can have bi-monthly 1-hour meetings. Direct communication is available for Full Social plans via Slack and Asana.
  • Do I have to provide access to our social media channels?
    Yes, please! For remote video and full video plans access to your social media analytics is crucial for our data-driven approach. Rest assured, we only require analytics access, and you'll appreciate the insights we uncover. For full social media plans it's crucial to have full access of your accounts.
  • Can I request one video in multiple formats?
